Our yoga retreat at Villa della Valle focuses on yoga, relaxation and pampering. Except yoga, you can enjoy the sun and the tasty and healthy food prepared by us. The delicious organic wine from the valley, the beautiful swimming pool, the silence, the peace and the breathtaking view also make you relax. All this in a warm and cozy atmosphere. You will stay in beautiful and modern accommodation.
Anuscka, owner of Villa della Valle, completed the 200 and 300 hour YTTC in Rishikesh (India) in 2020 and 2023 and will be teaching online yoga classes four times a week from 2020.
Every morning and afternoon you will receive 1.5 hours of yoga lessons (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa & Ashtanga). In addition, there is half an hour of breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation every day. After our yoga package you will feel like you have been away for a long time and you will return home with new energy.
