Reservation conditions
1. LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Villa & Villetta della Valle have any responsibility for the tenant in case of personal injury, loss of or damage to his property, however caused. Even in the event of theft of property and / or money, Villa & Villetta della Valle never bears any responsibility.
2. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Based on our experience, we recommend that every tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (Europeesche) Insurance Company. In case of cancellation, the tenant can then claim partial or full refund of the rent. The reason for cancellation must then fall within the coverage area of the cancellation insurance.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Villa & Villetta della Valle. The cancellation takes effect from the date that Villa & Villetta della Valle receives this message. A canceled tenant owes Villa & Villetta della Valle the following amounts: in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum; in case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum; in case of cancellation from 1 month to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 90% of the travel sum; in case of cancellation from the 6th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum; an administration fee of € 45 will also be charged.
4. BOOKING CONDITIONS
You can make a reservation by telephone, in writing or via the Internet. These methods of reservation are binding and legally valid for you and Villa & Villetta della Valle. The minimum rental period for the house and apartment is 1 week in high season. In case of an option, the accommodation is kept free for 1 week for the relevant tenant. Upon expiry of the option week, without notice, Villa & Villetta della Valle is entitled to make the accommodation freely available again.
5. CHANGE RESERVATION
When changing an accommodation once reserved, the tenant owes an amount of € 30 per accommodation in administration costs. Changes that lead to the reservation of a completely different accommodation are subject to the cancellation conditions.
6. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
After the landlord has agreed to the booking, the tenant of Villa & Villetta della Valle will receive a booking confirmation, including invoice. The payment method is as follows: 30% of the total travel sum must be paid within 10 days after booking to Villa & Villetta della Valle. The total travel sum must be paid within 2 months before the arrival date. After making the reservation, the tenant owes the full amount of the reservation to Villa & Villetta della Valle, subject to the cancellation conditions. In case of earlier departure, the cancellation conditions apply. Please note: In the event of late payment of the deposit, Villa & Villetta della Valle is entitled to cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
The person who makes the (down) payment of the booking confirmation / invoice is and remains responsible for his or her fellow travelers and must be assured that they are aware of the booking conditions and the ensuing obligations. In case of non-compliance with the booking conditions, the owner has the right to refuse the tenant access to the accommodation. In particular, the following points are important: The number of persons may never exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation. The tenant must adhere to the conditions, which are stated in the description of the accommodation. No pets are allowed if this has not been clearly agreed in advance. On departure you must leave the accommodation tidy and tidy. On the day of arrival you can enter the accommodation from 4 pm. On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00. Unless otherwise agreed and stated.
8. DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE
Villa & Villetta della Valle can request a deposit from the tenant upon arrival. The money will be refunded to the tenant at the end of his holiday after deduction of costs in case of damage or rental of special services. The tenant can also be charged for extra cleaning if necessary. During your stay in the holiday home, you as the tenant are fully liable for the rented holiday home, the furnishings and all matters belonging to the rented property. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER. These costs can be recovered from your travel insurance. We recommend that you close it.
