In front of the apartment there is a large private terrace with a large dining table, comfortable chairs and shade provided by a wooden pergola and a gigantic fig tree. There is also a barbecue available.

The living room has a wood-burning stove and 2 lazy armchairs. There is WiFi in the apartment. In the winter months the apartment is heated by underfloor heating and a wood stove.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

You can furnish the 2nd bedroom in different ways. Or with a bunk bed and a 3rd (children's) bed, with a double bed or with 2 single beds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with sink and shower. There is a separate toilet in the apartment.

The apartment is also very pleasant for 2 people. And the wood-burning stove makes it very pleasant to stay in the spring and autumn. A hot tub (Dutch tub) is available for the winter months.

On site there is a large swimming pool 12x5.5 meters with diving board, outdoor shower and sun terrace. From here you have a beautiful panorama over the vineyards and the calanghi. A large trampoline, table tennis table and a swing provide plenty of space for children to enjoy in the great outdoors.

A hot tub (Dutch tub) is available for the winter months. Within 45 minutes you can reach the Sibillini Mountains, where you can take beautiful walks and enjoy skiing in winter. And just a 25-minute drive away is the Adriatic Sea with its beautiful white sandy beaches, palm trees and numerous eateries.
